It's that time of year. Drive through any neighborhood and you'll see the curbside trees. But who will be picking them up?
Keep the Midlands Beautiful has ended their Grinding of the Greens program. Richland and Lexington counties' Solid Waste and Recycling Centers can take your tree off your hands, provided it meets the conditions in the linked article.
